固相微萃取法在禁用偶氮染料检测中的应用初探

摘    要:将固相微萃取技术应用于出口染色纺织品及皮革制品中禁用偶氮染料检验,偶染料经连二亚硫酸钠还原成芳胺后,用固相微萃取技术萃取富集后,用GC-MS分析。实验了萃取方式、萃取纤维、pH值、浓度、温度、萃取时间及色谱条件等因素对萃取与测定的影响。

Abstract:Solid phase microextraction(SPME) has been used in the inspection of prohibited azo dyes in colored textile and leather products for export. After azo dyes are reduced to aromatic amines by Na2S2O4, the amines are extracted and enriched by solid phase microextraction, and then analyzed by GC-MS. The factors effecting on the extraction and determination, such as type of fiber, pH value, temperature and time, and GC operation conditions are examined.
