| 摘 要： | 以罗丹明B单体和二聚体平衡转化为基础，提出了罗丹明B自聚平衡体系测定蛋白质方法；实验表明，罗丹明B在阴离子表面活性剂的作用下自聚成二聚体，体系荧光降低，但是蛋白质加入后体系荧光增强；该法灵敏度高，简便，快速，选择性好，实验结果与传统的溴甲酚绿方法一致。

Determination of Protein Using Monomer- Dimer Equilibrium System of Rhodamine B |

| Abstract: | A method for the determination of protein is reported based on the monomer-dimer equilibrium system of rhodamine B. Rhodamine B forms its dimer in the presence of an anion surfactant and its fluorescence intensity decreases, whereas addition of protein causes the dimer to depolymirize and the system fluorescence increases. The method is simple, rapid, selective and sensitive. The experimental results agree with those obtained by classical method of bromcresol green. |
