| 摘 要： | 采用紫外分光光度法测定黄藤素注射液中盐酸巴马汀的含量，同时与药典方法进行比较,两者无显著差异。试验结果表明，该方法简便，快捷，灵敏度高，重现性好，可用于黄藤素注射液成品或半成品中盐酸巴马汀含量的快速测定和质量控制。

| Abstract: | Palanatine hydrochloride in Fibrauretinum injection was determined by UV spectrophotometry and the same results as determined by method discribed in pharmacopoeia were obtained. This method is easy to operate with high sensitivity and repeatability. |
