| 摘 要： | 以胆固醇为原料，经酰化、氧化、还原、水解以及消除等5步反应合成维生素D3原7-脱氢胆固醇，总收率42%，其结构经1H NMR和13C NMR确证。研究了酰化反应、氧化反应、还原反应和消除反应条件对收率的影响。

| Abstract: | 7-Dehydrocholesterol , the provitamin D 3 , was prepared by acetylation , oxidation , reduc-tion, hydrolysis and elimination reactions from cholesterol with 42%total yield .The structure was con-firmed by 1 H NMR and 13 C NMR.The effects of acetylation reaction , oxidation reaction , reduction re-action and elimination reaction conditions on the yield were studied . |
