N,N-二羟乙基-(5'-甲基-[1,3,4]噻二唑-2'-硫-)-羰基乙酰胺的合成及其缓蚀性能

摘    要:以5-甲基-2-巯基~(-1),3,4-噻二唑、二乙醇胺和丙二酸为原料,经两步反应合成了N,N-二羟乙基-(5'-甲基-1,3,4]噻二唑-2'-硫-)-羰基乙酰胺(2b),其结构经1H NMR和IR确证。采用电化学技术对2b的防腐蚀性能进行测试。测试结果表明:当缓蚀剂的浓度达到40μg·m L~(-1)时,不锈钢和不锈钢/缓蚀剂的混合体系在25℃于1.0 mol·L~(-1)盐酸溶液中的其自腐蚀电位为-0.505 V,腐蚀电流为0.81μA·cm-2。

Synthesis and Electrochemical Performance of N,N-dihydroxyethyl-(5-methyl-[1,3,4] thiadiazol-2-sulfur-)-carbonyl Acetamide
Abstract:N,N-dihydroxyethyl-(5-methyl-1,3,4]thiadiazol-2-sulfur-)-carbonyl acetamide was syn-thesized by two steps of 5-methyl-2-mercapto-1 ,3 ,4-thiadiazole with diethanolamine and malonic acid . The structure was confirmed by 1 H NMR and IR.Corrosion resistance was investigated by electrochem-ical techniques .The results indicated that when the inhibitor concentration reaches 40 μg· mL-1 , the corrosion potential minimum was -0.505 V, and the corrosion current density minimum was 0.81μA· cm-2 at 25℃in 1.0 mol· L-1 hydrochloric acid solution of test mix of stainless steel and stain-less steel/inhibitor.
