| 摘 要： | 以烟酸与芳胺为基本原料，经多步反应，制得1－烟酰基－4－芳基氨基硫脲；后者在水合肼存在下关环，合成了一系列新化合物3－（3－吡啶基）－4－氨基－5－芳胺基－1，2，4－三唑。化合物结构经元素分析、IR，^1H NMR,^13C NMR确证。

| Abstract: | Using nicotinic acid and aryl amines as the base stock, 1-(3-pyridyl)-4-aryl thiosemicarbazides were prepared as results of multistep reactions. The ring-closure of 1-(3-pyridyl)-4-aryl thiosemicarbazides in the presence of hydrazine hydrate gave the title compounds 3-(3-pyridyl)-4-amino-5-arylamino-1,2,4-triazoles, whose structures have been established by elemental analysis, IR, 1H NMR and 13C NMR spectra. |
