| 摘 要： | 在相转移催化条件下，２，３，４，６－四－Ｏ－乙酰基－１－溴－１－脱氧α－Ｄ－吡喃半乳糖与１－芳磺酰基－５－氟脲嘧啶反应合成了７个新的１－芳磺酰基－３－Ｎ－（β－Ｄ－乙酰基吡喃半乳糖－１－基）－５氟脲嘧啶类化合物，其结构经元素分析，ＩＲ及＾１ＨＮＭＲ证实。

| Abstract: | Seven galactopyranosides of 1-arylsulfonyl-5-fluorouracil were synthesized by the reaction of 1- arylsulfonyl- 5- fluorouracil with bromoacetylgalactopyranose under phase transfer catalysis. Their structures were confirmed by elementary analysis, IR and 1H NMR. |
