| 摘 要： | 以芦荟素为原料,经脱苷、氧化反应得到大黄酸(4);4经三氟甲磺酸锌催化的乙酰化反应合成了双醋瑞因,总收率86.2%,其结构经1H NMR,IR和MS确证。

| Abstract: | Diacerhein in overall yield of 86.2% was synthesized by the acetylation of rhein(4) using zincum trifluoromethanesulfonateZn(OTf)_2] as the catalyst. 4 was obtained from aloin by the deglycosidation and oxidation. The structures were characterized by ~1HNMR, IR and MS. |
