5-(呋喃-2-基)-3-苯基异噁唑的合成及其对硫酸盐还原菌的抑制活性

摘    要:苯乙酮和呋喃甲醛在氢氧化钠作用下制得3-(呋喃基-2)-1-苯基-丙烯酮(1);1与羟氨经串联反应(缩合、加成和氧化芳构化)合成了5-(呋喃-2)-3-苯基异噁唑(3),总收率41.2%,其结构经NMR和MS表征。抑菌活性测试结果表明,3用作油田杀菌剂对硫酸盐还原菌有一定的抑制作用。

Abstract:3-(Furan-2-yl)-1-phenyl-propenone(1) was prepared by the reaction of acetophenone with furfural in the presence of NaOH.5-(Furan-2-yl)-3-phenyl-isoxazole(3) in total yield of 41.2% was synthesized by a tandem reaction(condensation,addition and oxidation aromatization) of 1 with hydroxylamine.The structure was characterized by NMR and MS.The inhibition activity test result showed that 3 exhibited inhibition against sulfate reducing bacteria using an oilfield bactericide.
