反式-6-对氟苯乙烯基吲哚的合成

摘    要:对氟氯化苄和三苯基膦在氯仿中回流制得对氟氯化苄基三苯基鏻盐(1),1与吲哚-6-甲醛在EtONa存在下通过Wittig反应合成了新的反式-6-对氟苯乙烯基吲哚(2),其结构经1H NMR,IR,MS和元素分析确证。荧光分析表明,2具有荧光性能。

Abstract:A new compound,trans-6-(p-fluorophenyl)vinylindole(2),was synthesized from (p-fluoro)benzyl]triphenylphosphonium chloride(1) and indole-6-formaldehyde by Wittig reaction in the presence of EtONa.1 was obtained from p-fluorobenzyl chloride and triphenyl phosphine.The structure of 2 was confirmed by ~1H NMR,IR,MS and elemental analysis.2 exhibits fluorescence by fluorescent analysis.
