摘    要:以对碘苯甲酸为原料,采用"一锅法"合成高价碘试剂4-二氯碘苯甲酸(1),其结构经~1H NMR和IR确证。考察了其对取代苯甲醇的氧化性能。结果表明:1对4-(二甲氨基)苄醇的氧化性能最高,收率93%。

Abstract:Hypervalent iodine reagent, 4-(dichloroiodo) benzoic acid (1), was synthesized from 4-iodobenzoic acid through one-pot reaction.The structure was confirmed by 1H NMR and FT-IR.The oxidizability of 1 was investigated by the oxidation of substituted benzyl alcohol.The results showed that 1 exhibits higher oxidation efficiency for 4-(dimethyl amino) benzyl alcohol, and the yield was 93%.
