唑来膦酸合成方法的研究进展

摘    要:综述了唑来膦酸(1)合成方法的研究进展。重点介绍了以咪唑为原料合成1的工艺条件,讨论了不同工艺条件的优缺点。结果显示,通过优选相转移催化剂和溶剂能高收率地合成1。参考文献30篇。

Abstract:Research progress on the synthetic methods of zoledronic acid(1) was reviewed with 30 references.The technology conditions of synthesis of 1 from imidazole were mainly introduced.Advantages and disadvantages of different technological conditions were discussed.The results showed that 1 in high yield was synthesized by selective preference of the phase transfer catalyst and solvent.
