摘    要:以(S)-2-氨基丙醇和氯乙酰氯为起始原料,经酰化和环合反应制得(S)-5-甲基吗啉-3-酮(4);4经还原制得(S)-3-甲基吗啉(5);5与4-溴-2-甲基苯甲酸酰化缩合合成了(S)-(4-溴2-甲基苯基)(3-甲基吗啉)-甲酮,总收率57%,其结构经~1H NMR和~(13)C NMR确证。

Abstract:(S)-5-methylmorpholin-3-one(4) was obtained by the reaction of acylation and cyclization,using (S)-amino-1-propanol and chloroacetyl chloride as the starting materials.(S)-3-methylmorpho-line (5) was synthesized by reduction of 4.(S)-(4-bromo-2-methylphenyl) (3-methylmorpholino)methanone was synthesized by condensation reaction of 5 with (S)-3-methylmorpholine and 4-bromo-2-methylbenzoic acid,the total yield was 57%.The structure was confirmed by 1H NMR and 13C NMR.
