摘    要:采用核壳乳液聚合法,制备了乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷(VTES)改性的St/BA/AA三元共聚乳液,其结构经FT-IR确证。研究了VTES用量、乳化剂用量及配比和引发剂用量对单体转化率和粒径的影响。结果表明:在最优条件48%St,48%BA,4%AA,1%N-MA,4%VTES,8%乳化剂(OP-10/SDS=1/3),0.8%引发剂]下,单体转化率为95.8%,平均粒径242 nm。并研究了改性St/BA/AA乳胶膜(1)的耐溶剂性和铅笔硬度。结果表明:1具有良好的耐溶剂性,铅笔硬度为2H。

Abstract:The organic siloxane modified ST/BA/AA ternary copolymerized emulsion was prepared by core-shell emulsion polymerization .The structure was confirmed by FT-IR.The effects of dosage of vi-nyl triethoxy silane , initiator and emulsifier ( ratio ) on monomer conversion and particle size were in-vestigated .The results indicated that the monomer conversion was 95 .8% and average particle size was 242 nm, under the optimized reaction conditions 48%St, 48%BA, 4%AA, 1%N-MA, 4%VTES, 8%emulsion(OP-10/SDS=1/3), 0.8%initiator].The solvent resistance and pencil hardness of modified St/BA/AA emulsion thin film(1) were studied.The results showed that 1 exhibited good solvent resistance and pencil hardness was 2H.
