| Abstract: | Abstract Recent studies on thiation of carbonyl compounds with organic P,S-compounds have shown that p-methoxyphenyl-thionophosphinsulfide (1) is the most effective thiation reagent for ketones, carboxamides, esters, and thioloesters hitherto known. |
