摘    要: 毛细管电泳涂层柱是解决蛋白质在毛细管壁吸附的最有效的方法。较为系统地综述了毛细管电泳涂层柱的几种制作方法,指出了毛细管电泳涂层柱(包括毛细管电色谱柱)的发展趋势,39篇。

Abstract:The most successful method for controlling the adsorption of proteins onto the capillary inner surface in CE is the modification of the capillary surface with coating. The advances of the method for preparation of the coated capillaries are systematically reviewed with 39 references in the present paper.
