摘    要:采用热导检测器,通过几种柱的组合,采用多维柱切换系统并自动完成阀的驱动和信号切换,实现性质不同的人工煤气和液化石油气主要成分一次进样自动分析,方法操作简便,分离效果好,灵敏度高,结果准确可靠。

Abstract:The method introduced in this paper realizes full analysis of main components of synthetic gas and liquefied petroleum gas with single sampling for the first time under the comparatively ideal operation condition. This method used thermal conductivity detector, combination of three columns (pink support 6201 coated with stationary liquids, GDS 502 and 5A molecular sieve respectively) and multi dimensional column switching system. In comparing with conventional gas analytical methods based on chemical absorption and water flow calorimetry which are used as a test standard of gases, this method has the advantages of simple operation, quick response, good separation and satisfactory results. It solves the problem of efficient and quick analysis of multi component gases.
