| 摘 要： | 建立了测定有毒中草药川乌和草乌中３种乌头碱的高效毛细管电泳方法，系统地考察了电泳条件对分离的影响，并应用于香港市售川乌及草乌中中乌头碱、次乌头碱和乌头碱的测定。检测限为１．６７～２．３１ｍｇ／Ｌ，回收率为９３．０％～１０４．０％，相对标准偏差为０．６８％～１．７０％。 |
