螯合离子色谱法分析复杂基体中痕量镧系元素的研究

摘    要:建立了测定复杂基体中痕量铜镧系元素的新方法。用选择性螯合树脂填充柱和新型络合物淋洗体系,在线选择性地浓缩富集复杂样品中痕量镧系元素,同时除去基体中阴离子、碱金属、碱土金属、铝和过渡金属以及样品基体中其他成分。用高效离子色谱法分离,柱后衍生光度法检测,40min可完成浓缩富集、基体消除和从La到Lu的14个镧系元素的分离和测定。方法灵敏可靠。

Abstract:new method has been developed for the determination of lanthanide meta15 in complex matrices. Selec-tive chelating resins can concentrate transition and lanthaniede metals while eliminating alkali and alkalineearth elements.Then,the selective elimination process proceeds further to remove the bulk quantity of alu-mium and transition metals from the sample matrix, Finally, the concentrated lanthanide metals are sepa-rated by high performance ion chromatography with specific detection. The overall analysis time afetr sampledissolution in approximately 40 mins. The detection limit for La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Sm, Er, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho,Eu, Tm,Yb,and Lu are 13.0,8.0,3.3,6.5,3.3,1.3,1.6,1.3,1.1,0.6,1.3,0.6,1.3and 1.2ng/mL respectively.
