摘    要:利用反相高效液相色谱法快速测定各种复合甜味剂中Aspartam,用ODS短柱(UltrasphereXL-ODS,3μm,4.6mmi.d.×7.0cm),以CH3OH-0.02mol/LNH4Ac为流动相进行分离,紫外检测器220nm检测,根据色谱保留时间结合对组分不停泵紫外光谱扫描进行定性,用外标法峰高定量,方法最小检出浓度为5μg/L,标准曲线在40~200mg/L浓度范围内呈线性,相关系数在0.999以上,平均添加回收率为92%,其它复合组分不干扰测定。方法简便、快速、灵敏,非常适合于日常监督检测。

Abstract:A method for rapid determination of Aspartame in compound sweetening by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography is presented. Aspartame in compound sweetening was separated in a short column (Ultrasphere XL-ODS, 3 microm, 4.6 mm x 70 mm) by using CH3OH-0.02 mol/L NH4Ac as mobile phase. The flow rate was 0.8 mL/min. Detection was performed with UV detector at 220 nm. The injection volume was 20 microL. It was qualitatively analysed by UV scanning at a wavelength range of 200-350 nm under no-stop flow according to their retention time. Quantitative analysis was carried out by measuring peak height and comparing it with external standard. The minimum detectable amount was 5 microg/L. The linear range of the calibration curve was 40-200 mg/L. The average recovery of Aspartame was 92%. The relative standard deviation was 2.9%. This method is simple, rapid and sensitive.
