| 摘 要： | 将表面活性剂流动相用于ＧＤＸ与硅胶Ｇ混合固定相薄层色谱，用表面活性剂、乙醇和水的混合流动相对一些水溶性食品染料及指示剂等进行了分离，得到满意的结果，可以部分代替非极性键合相薄板。

| Abstract: | The use of surfactants to thin-layer chromatography for separation of acid or alkaline water soluble fooddystuffs,indicators,and water soluble vitamins B_2,B_6 and B_(12) on a mixed plate of GDX-102 and silica gel G hasbeen studied.Hexadecyltrimethylammonium bromide was used in the mobile phase or pre-coated on the plates.Results were similar to those obtained from bonded reversed phase silica gel plate. |
