| Abstract: | ombination of normal phase HPLC and GC has been applied to separate polychlorinated biphenyls(PCBs)and chlorinated pesticides. The column used possessed enough ability to separate most of the com-pouiids interfering seriously with GC-ECD. Better results can be achieved in the analysis of chlorinated pesti-cides in sediment samples. It can also be used for many other environmental samples. |
