摘    要: 以电子捕获毛细管气相色谱为测定手段,探讨了用正相高效波相色谱分离多氯联苯和有机氯农药的可能性,并将该方法应用于海洋沉积物样品中有机氯农药的测定。

Abstract:ombination of normal phase HPLC and GC has been applied to separate polychlorinated biphenyls(PCBs)and chlorinated pesticides. The column used possessed enough ability to separate most of the com-pouiids interfering seriously with GC-ECD. Better results can be achieved in the analysis of chlorinated pesti-cides in sediment samples. It can also be used for many other environmental samples.
