| 摘 要： | 研究了低温环境下液相色谱的保留行为，发现芳烃和生物碱等中药成分的１ｎｋ＇－１／Ｔ呈线性关系。温度越低ｋ＇越大。但各线的斜率不同，造成选择性的变化较大，因而认为低温也是改善色谱分离选择性的途径之一。

| Abstract: | he present paper shows the results of the study about low temperature high performance liquid chromatog-raphy and its retention behavior.It is found that the compounds, such as, aromatics and alkaloids have a pro-longed retention time on ODS column when temperature decreases below roon temperature. The lnk'of the sub-stances mentioned above is closely correlated with 1/T, But the slope for different substarices is not the same.Thus, low temperature can be used as a regulator for improving the selectivity of chromatographic separation. |
