低温液相色谱保留行为的研究

摘    要:研究了低温环境下液相色谱的保留行为,发现芳烃和生物碱等中药成分的1nk'-1/T呈线性关系。温度越低k'越大。但各线的斜率不同,造成选择性的变化较大,因而认为低温也是改善色谱分离选择性的途径之一。

Abstract:he present paper shows the results of the study about low temperature high performance liquid chromatog-raphy and its retention behavior.It is found that the compounds, such as, aromatics and alkaloids have a pro-longed retention time on ODS column when temperature decreases below roon temperature. The lnk'of the sub-stances mentioned above is closely correlated with 1/T, But the slope for different substarices is not the same.Thus, low temperature can be used as a regulator for improving the selectivity of chromatographic separation.
