乙草胺、乙氧氟草醚的毛细管气相分析

摘    要: 采用毛细管气相法 ,以邻苯二甲酸二丁酯为内标 ,对乙草胺、乙氧氟草醚的混剂进行定量分析。条件为 60m× 0 53mmi d ,膜厚 1 5μm(SE 30固定液 )熔融石英毛细管柱 ,柱温为 2 30℃ ,检测器、汽化室温度为2 50℃ ,载气 (N2 )的流速为 1 5mL/min。该方法检测乙草胺和乙氧氟草醚含量 (质量分数 )的标准偏差分别为0 44%和 0 47% ,平均相对标准偏差 (RSD) (n =1 0 )分别为 0 79%和 0 88% ,平均回收率 (n =1 0 )分别为 99 3 %和 1 0 0 1 %。该方法能分开乙氧氟草醚的两个同分异构体 ,操作简便 ,定量准确。

Abstract:A method is described for the determination of acetochlor and oxyfluorfen by capillary gas chromatography with FID and an SE-30 capillary column (60 m x 0.53 mm i. d., 1.5 microm), using dibutyl phthalate as the internal standard. The standard deviations for acetochlor and oxyfluorfen concentration(mass fraction) were 0.44% and 0.47% respectively. The relative standard deviations for acetochlor and oxyfluorfen were 0.79% and 0.88% and the average recoveries for acetochlor and oxyfluorfen were 99.3% and 101.1% respectively. The method is simple, rapid and accurate.
