摘 要: | 在高真空中以脉冲激光束溅射单质硼磷及其混合物,产生了非常丰富的B~n^±,P^±~n与B~nP^±~m 对飞行时间质谱的分析发现:实验产生的硼原子簇离子基本上为同一构型,可能为密堆积的结构;磷原子簇的基本结构单元为P~8;磷与硼磷簇离子中可能存在平面环的类芳香性稳定结构; 所有这些簇离子均有使其所有价电子成对的强烈倾向.

Mass spectrometry of B~n^±,P^±~n and B~nP^±~m generated by laser ablation |

Abstract: | By laser ablating the pure B and P powders and their mixture, abundant Bn?Pn?and BnPm?cluster ions were produced and recorded subsequently by the time-of-flight mass spectrometers. Almost all Bn?observed in this experiment have a similar structure, which is believed to be the close packed structure. The magic no. for Pn?is 8, which is 1 of their structural units. It is possible that some Pn? as well as some BnPm?cluster ions, may have a ring structure. All Pn?Bn?cluster ions have a strong tendency to have their electrons paired. |
