2,4-二硝基咪唑铅配合物Pb(DNI)2(H2O)4的热分解

摘    要:应用TG, TG-DSC-FTIR-MS联用技术和热裂解原位RSFT-IR技术研究了2,4-二硝基咪唑铅(PDNI)的热分解机理. 结果表明, PDNI在102 ℃附近脱除分子内配位水, 生成Pb(DNI)2; 在284 ℃附近C—NO2断裂, 生成NO2, 咪唑环开环, 伴随发生强烈的氧化放热反应, 生成CO2, N2O和铅盐与咪唑残余基团形成的复杂混合物或多聚烃类化合物; 在300~400 ℃范围内, PDNI继续缓慢分解, 生成CO2, N2O和PbNCO]2; 升温至410 ℃以上, PDNI分解生成CO和PbCN]2.

Abstract:The mechanism of thermal decomposition of the lead(II) salt of 2,4-dinitroimidazole (PDNI) was studied by means of TG, simultaneous TG-DSC-FTIR-MS and thermolysis in situ rapid-scan FTIR. The results indicate that the coordinated H2O is firstly escaped from PDNI molecules at the temperature of approximately 102 ℃; NO2 is produced as C—NO2 bond is broken, the imidazole ring is ruptured with simultaneous strong exothermic process at the temperature of approximately 289 ℃, the gaseous and condensed products of PDNI consist of CO2, N2O, NO2 and complex mixtures of lead(II) salt of poly unsaturated hydrocarbon from imidazole residual; CO2, N2O and PbNCO]2 are produced as PDNI continuously slowly decomposes in the temperature range of 300 to 400 ℃; CO and PbCN]2 are finally produced as temperature increases to higher than 410 ℃.
