SiO2/Ag核壳结构纳米粒子的制备及表征

摘    要:以金纳米粒子为表面晶种, 通过化学还原的方法制备了二氧化硅/银核壳复合纳米粒子. 采用TEM, XRD及UV/vis对其结构、形貌以及光学性质进行了表征和研究, 结果表明所得到的复合粒子粒径均匀、银纳米壳光滑完整, 厚度可控. 并且随着银纳米壳厚度的增大, 其光学等离子体共振峰逐渐蓝移. 而当银纳米粒子在二氧化硅胶粒表面上生长的过程中, 它们的共振峰又逐渐红移, 直到完整的银壳形成.

Abstract:By using gold nanoparticles as the surface seed, SiO2/Ag core-shell composite nanoparticles were synthesized by chemical reduction method. Their morphology, structure and optical properties were characterized and investigated by transmission electron microscopy (TEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), UV-vis absorption spectra. The results showed that the size distribution of the fabricated composite particles was narrow, silver nanoshells were smooth and complete, and the shell thickness could be controlled. And the optical plasmon resonance became gradually blue-shifted with the increase of the thickness of silver nanoshell. While the silver nanoparticles attached on the silica surface grew, their optical plasmon peak be-came gradually red-shifted until a complete silver shell was formed.
