摘    要:采用气泡式准乳化液膜法,研究了对-叔丁基杯4]芳烃对ATP分子的液膜传输 作用,讨论了源相与吸收相的组成、酸度、源相中的ATP的起始浓度及吸收相中 NH_3·H_2O浓度等因素对传输结果的影响;进而讨论了对-叔丁基杯4]芳烃对ATP 的分子识别作用和液膜传输机理。

Abstract:The liquid membrane transport of adenosine-5'-triphosphate (ATP) with p-tert-butylcalix4]arene as carrier has been investigated by means of a bubbling pseudo-emulsion liquid membrane system. The effects of the compositions, acidity of source phase or receiving phase, and the concentrations of ATP and NH_3·H_2O in source phase or receiving phase on the transport were studied. The molecular recognition of p-tert-butylcalix4]arene to ATP and the mechanism of liquid membrane transport were discussed.
