Pt/Nafion膜制备的研究

摘    要:采用还原剂渗透还原法制备了不同Pt载量的Pt/Nafion膜,并利用扫描电镜(SEM),X射线衍射分析(XRD)对反应不同时间制得的Pt/Nafion膜中的Pt在膜内及膜表面的生长情况进行了研究。实验发现:Pt在膜内及膜表面均能发生生长,且主要沉积在膜内靠近膜表面处的一段区间。采用KBH~4还原H~2PtCl~6有利于Pt(111)晶面的生长。分析不同反应时间的横截面及正面照片,提出了Pt生长的可能机理。

Abstract:Pt/Nafion membranes with different Pt loading were obtained by a permeation - reduction method. With the aid of SEM and XRD, the Pt disposition process inside the membrane as well as on the surface of Nation during different period is studied. Based on the experimental results and analysis, it was found that the Pt disposition process could occur, both on the surface of and inside the membrane, althongh it took place mainly in an interior region of the membrane near the surface. It is beneficial to the growth of Pt(111) crystal facet using KBH4 to reduce H2PtCl6 According to SEM photographs of Pt/ Nafion during different reaction stages, the mechanisms of the Pt growth on the membrane surface and inside the membrane are proposed.
