摘    要:将喷雾干燥辅助表面活性剂自组装应用于介孔SiO2材料的合成, 先后制备了2种无机SiO2 介孔材料(PW-P和PW-C)和2种苯基修饰的有机-无机SiO2介孔材料(Ph-PW-C和Ph-PW-C-S), 结合XRD, BET, SEM和TEM等表征, 初步讨论了喷雾干燥过程中表面活性剂种类、硅源以及反应介质的酸碱性对所制备材料的表面组成和形貌、比表面积、孔容以及孔道结构等的影响.

Abstract:Two kinds of mesoporous inorganic SiO2 (PW-P and PW-C) and two kinds of mesoporous phenyl-modified SiO2 (Ph-PW-C and Ph-PW-C-S) were prepared by aerosol-assisted self-assembly. Based on XRD, SEM, TEM and BET characterizations, the effects of the preparation conditions on the surface compositions, the surface morphology, the surface area, the pore volume, and the pore structure of the prepared samples were examined by changing the surfactant types, the silicate sources and the acidic/basic media used during the aerosol-assisted self-assembly.
