摘    要:本文基于苦味酸水溶液对固定于增塑的PVC膜中荧蒽的可逆荧光熄灭作用,研制了测定苦味酸浓度的荧光敏感膜.该膜的最佳组成为1~6mg荧蒽,50mgPVC粉, 100mg邻苯二甲酸二异辛酯.在1.50mol·L^-^1硫酸测试底液中,此膜测定苦味酸的浓度范围为1.78×10^-^6~1.28×10^-^3mol·L^-^1,重现性良好,响应时间小于30s.该法选择性好,许多常见亲脂阴离子不干扰测定.将该法用于药物辛可宁的间接测定, 结果令人满意

A picric acid sensing membrane based on fluorescence quenching of fluoranthene
Abstract:A new fluorescent sensing membrane for the determination of picric acid based on reversible fluorescence quenching of fluoranthene dissolved in plasticized poly(vinyl chloride) membrane has been developed. The optimum membrane consists of 1-6 mg fluoranthene, 50 mg PVC, 100 mg bis(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate. With the optimum sensing membrane described, picric acid in sample solution from 1.78 ?10-6 mol L-1 to 1.28 ?10-3 mol L-1 can be determine Besides a high reproducibility of the optical signals, the very short response times of less than 30 s are realized. The membrane has good selectivity, many usual hydrophobic anions don't interfere. The proposed method has been applied to indirect determination of cinchonine with satisfactory results.
