| 摘 要： | 用烷基膦酸二酯催化水解合成了相应的酸性单酯。首次建立了用叔丁基氯制成的Grignard试剂与亚磷酸二酯反应、继而用Todd碱性氧化法合成高位阻叔丁基膦酸单酯的新的合成路线, 这一合成路线比用Clay反应、继而醇解和水解的方法得率高。

| Abstract: | A series of mono-ester of alkylphosphonates was synthesized by hydrolysis of corresponding phosphonates. As indicated by our experimental results, both quaternary ammonium halides and sodium iodide served as good catalysts for the hydrolysis reaction. It is possible to find wider application in industry. It was found that the reaction between dibutyl phosphite and Grignard reagent of tert- alkylchloride is a new synthetic method for the preparation of monoester of highly hindered alkylphosphonic acids. |
