摘    要:用胆酸盐-磷脂-胆固醇-水体系模拟胆汗的化学行为。在体系中发现,磷脂可 以发生降解形成脂肪酸。而在胆汗中,磷脂在增溶固醇的过程中起到了十分重要的 作用。依此,我们提出磷脂的水解可能与胆固醇型胆结石的生成有密切关系。

Abstract:Taurocholic salt-phospholipid-cholesterol-water solubilized systems were used to investigate the physical/chemical behavior of bile. Phase separation that produces float and precipitation was observed in the system. Analysis using FT-IR spectroscopy and GC-MS methods showed that aliphatic acids were principal component of the float. This demonstrated that hydrolysis of phospholipid must have occurred in the system. Considering that phospholipid plays a very important role in solubilizing cholesterol in bile, whereas aliphatic acids can not solubilize cholesterol, we suggest that the hydrolysis of phospholipid may be related to the formation of gallstone.
