EXAFS Study on chemical bonded cobalt-iron tetranuclear carbonyl cluster
Abstract:
The electronic structure of the Co3Fe(CO)12]- cluster has been determine by EXAFS. The Co-Co bond decreased by 0.04 ? the Co-C and Co-Fe increased by 0.03 and 0.8 ?after the system has been supported. The framework of the cluster tends to deviate from idealized tetrahedron more than before due to the supporting effect.
