| 摘 要： | 聚乳酸（PLA）作为一种性能良好的生物可降解材料，在生物医用高分子等方面有着广泛的应用。单糖类小分子对多肽、蛋白质等具有较好的亲和性，对组织细胞也有较好的相容性。为了改善PLA的亲水性、细胞相容性等性能，利用单糖类化合物改性聚乳酸日益受到关注。按照单糖种类的不同，本文综述了近年来各类单糖及其衍生物等改性聚乳酸的研究进展...
