Positron annihilation lifetime spectrum is a useful technique to test and characterize polymer structure,such as the research of free volume.At first,the principle and the practical theory of this technique were introduced respectively,then the methods to deal and to process with the data from lifetime spectra have been reviewed,at last the application of this technique was introduced from three aspects:basic theory,practical usage and structural theory.
