摘    要:据中国工程院估计,我国每年因腐蚀造成的损失达上万亿元 腐蚀危害是全世界面临的共同问题。 聚氨酯涂料由于优异的性能在涂料工业中具有举足轻重的地位 被广泛应用于材料的腐蚀防护。为了进一步 提高产品的耐腐蚀性能,研究人员使用不同改性方法制备出了功能各异的聚氨酯防腐涂料。本文着重基于有 机树脂改性、纳米材料改性、缓蚀剂改性、微胶蟆自修复等几个方面归纳介绍了在防腐领域中对聚氨酯涂料改 性的研究与应用,并对未来的研究方向和发展趋势进行了展望。

Research Progress of Polyurethane Anticorrosion Coatings

Abstract:According to the estimates of the ('hinese Academy of Engineering. the loss caused by corrosion in China is more than trillions of RMB every year Chinese Academy of Engineering. Corrosion damage is a common problem all over the world. Polyurethane coating plays an important role in the coating industry due to its excellent properties and is widely used in corrosion protection of materials. In order to further improve the corrosion resistance of the products, the researchers used differenl modification methods to prepare polyurethane anti corrosive coatings with different functions. This article generalizes and introduces modification methods of polyurethane anli-corrosive coatings, which include Organic resin modification, nano material modification, corrosion in hibitor modification and microcapsule self-repairing modification. Mea“while, the research progress of polyurethane coating in the field of anti-corrosion is introduced. and the future research direction and development trend are prospected.
