摘    要:稳定同位素标记技术在化学分析中具有广泛的应用.随着高分子材料在各个领域应用越来越广泛,对高分子材料服役性能、环境降解性能、生物体内代谢性能、高分子材料功能化等的研究越来越深入,便于表征的稳定同位素标记高分子材料的需求越来越大,但稳定同位素标记高分子材料品种少、研究少、应用难以满足.本文从高分子材料标记选位、合成方法、应用研究等方面,综述了国内外稳定同位素标记高分子的标记合成与应用研究现状,展望了该领域未来的研究方向及应用前景.

Abstract:The technology of stable isotope labeling has a wide range of applications in chemical analysis. As polymer materials have become more and more widely used in various fields, more and more research has been conducted on the serviceability, environmental degradation performance, metabolism in vivo, and functionalization of polymer materials of polymer materials. The demand for molecular materials is increasing. However, there are few varieties of stable isotope- labeled macromolecules, few studies, and applications are difficult to meet. In this paper, the status quo of label synthesis and application of stable isotope-labeled macromolecules at home and abroad is reviewed from the aspects of (selection, synthesis method and application research of macromolecule materials) 9 and the future research directions and application prospects in this field are prospected.
