| Abstract: | Development in biodegradable polyesters synthesized by chemical methods was reviewed in this paper. These methods include condensation polymerization of aliphatic diacids with aliphatic glycol,ringopening polymerization of glycolide,lactide,lactones,and substituted lactones with carboxy or amino pendant groups. |
