CaAl2B2O7:Eu的振动光谱和发光特性

摘    要:采用高温固相反应法,合成了CaAl2B2O7:Eu磷光体。测定了CaAl2B2O7:Eu的振动光谱,结果表明BO3的振动吸收位于1400-1600cm^-1区域内,AlO6的吸收位于519cm^-1。

Abstract:CaAl2B2O7: Eu was synthesized by solid reaction. The vibrational spectrum of theCaA12B2O7: Eu was investigated. It is showed that the vibration absorptions of the BO3 groupsare present in the 1400 ~ 600 cm- I region, and the bands peaking at 519 cm- 1 originates fromthe AlO6 vibration probably. The luminescent properties of Eu3 in CaA12B2O7 were investigated. It is found that the Eu3 in CaA12BZO7 occupies two different sites. Investigation on thephonon sideband of Eu3 indicates that BO3 groups are present in the surroundings of Eu3 .
