| 摘 要： | 报道了以「ＴｂＡｓ４Ｗ４０Ｏ１４０」＾２５－及「ＰｒＳｂ９Ｗ２１Ｏ８６」＾１６－为代表的穴状稀土杂多阴离子的体外、体内抗肿瘤活性及体内抗ＲａｕｓｃｈｅｒＭｕＬＶ和ＬＰ－ＢＭ５ＭｕＬＶ病毒活性。以上化合物对Ｈ２２，Ｂ１６，ＨＬ－６０及活体直肠癌、乳腺癌细胞有抑制作用，能减轻荷瘤鼠的瘤重及延长期存活时间及荷病毒鼠的脾重。

| Abstract: | Antitumor and anti HIV activity of the cryptate lanthanide polyoxoanion TbAs 4W 40 O 140 ] 25- and PrSb 9W 21 O 86 ] 16- were reported. Experiment results indicate that the complexes display inhibitory action to HL 60, B 16 , H 22 cancers and rectum as well as breast cancer vivicells, and decrease substantially tumor weight and delay survival time of mice bearing with S 180 ascites cancer during animal tumor implantation test. TbAs 4W 40 displayes an in vivo anti Rauscher and LP BM 5 MuLV activity. |
