稀土(La,Ce,Er)-L-亮氨酸-邻菲啰啉三元配合物的合成及其抑菌活性

摘    要:在乙醇-水介质中,经60℃水浴加热合成了三种稀土固体配合物。对其进行络合滴定、摩尔电导、元素分析、紫外光谱、红外光谱、热重-差热分析等测试,推测其化学组成为Re(L-leu)3Phen]Cl3.nH2O,并对配合物进行大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和枯草芽孢杆菌抑菌性质的测试;结果表明:LaCl3,CeCl3,ErCl3和L-亮氨酸没有抑菌效果,邻菲啰啉与三元稀土配合物对这三种菌都具有抑菌效果,但是三元稀土配合物的抑菌效果明显强于邻菲啰啉,而且对大肠杆菌抑菌效果更好。

Abstract:In ethanol-water medium,three ternary complexes of rare earth solid were synthesized at 60 ℃ water bath.Three ternary complexes of rare earth solid were tested by EDTA titration,molar conductance,elemental analysis,ultraviolet spectra(UV),infrared spectra(IR) and DTG-TG.The compositions of the complexes were confirmed to be Re(L-leu)3Phen]Cl3 · nH2O.The antimicrobial properties of Escherichia coli,Staphylocoaus aureus and Bacillus subtilis showed that: the phenanthroline and ternary rare earth complexes had an effect on antibacterial,but ternary rare earth complexes had better effect than phenanthroline and better antibacterial effect on Escherichia coli.
