摘    要:用气相色谱-质谱法对木香挥发油进行化学成分的分析。采用水蒸气馏法从木香中提取挥发油。试用不同类型的毛细管柱进行分析,找出最佳分析条件,用归一化法测定其含量,并用气相色谱-质谱法对化学成分进行鉴定。共鉴定了38个成分,占挥发油总成分的86%以上。方法稳定可靠。重现性好,适用于中药挥发油的化学成分分析。

Abstract:To carry out a study on the GC/MS analysis of aucklandia lappa decne for its chemical constituents, the essential oil is extracted from the sample by steam distillation. The separation of its chemical constituents by GC is tested with different kinds of capillary columns (i.e. OV 17, DB 1 and SE 54), and the elastic capillary column of type SE 54 is found to have the best separation efficiency. Upon this basis, the gas chromatographic working conditions are optimized. The contents of the chemical constituents of the essential oil are then determined using the normalization method. The constituents found are further identified by MS. Thirty eighty constituents are found and they hold about 86% of the total essential oil. A reliable method with good stability and repeatability is proposed, which can be applied to the separation and determination of chemical constituents of essential oil extracted from chinese traditional medicines.
