GF-AAS法和HG-AFS法测定土壤中铅的分析方法比较

摘    要:为验证土壤中铅的氢化物发生原子荧光光谱法(HG-AFS)的有效性,对3种土壤标准样品(GSS-2,GSS-3及GSS-7)进行测定,同时用国家标准方法GB/T 17141—1997石墨炉原子吸收光谱法(GF-AAS)]进行比较测定。试验结果表明:两种方法的测定结果均与认定值一致。在精密度、回收率及检出限等方面,HG-AFS法均达到与GF-AAS法相当的水平。但HG-AFS法具有操作简单、分析快速等优势。

Abstract:As a validity checking of the method of HG-AFS determination of lead in soil,a comparative study was made with the GB standard(GB/T 17141-1997.GF-AAS determination of lead in soil)through analysis of 3 soil standard samples(GSS-2.GSS-3 and GSS-7)in parallel.As shown by the testing results;analytical results of lead found by both of the methods were in consistency with the certified values;same levels of accuracy,precision and detection limits were attained by the 2 methods as revealed by the testing results...
