| Abstract: | An introduction on the origin of aluminum present in food was related and a review on the recent progress of methods for inspection of aluminum in food was presented covering mainly the last decade and relating especially to methods of ICP-AES,ICP-MS.GF-AAS.electrochemical and spectrophotometric methods(75 ref. cited). |
