| 摘 要： | 烟草样品或从卷烟烟气中收集到的固态悬浮颗粒样品以正己烷在索氏提取器中提取,提取液用弗罗里硅土固相萃取净化,所得溶液经蒸缩至5mL后,供气相色谱法测定。采用DB-5弹性石英毛细管柱分离样品,电子捕获检测器检测,共测定了17种有机氯农药(OCP′s),其检出限(3S/N)在0.02～0.10μg.g-1范围内。平均加标回收率为86%～92%,相对标准偏差(n=7)为3.0%～4.1%。
