碘量法与光度法测定氨基胍重碳酸盐含量的比较

摘    要:经比较试验表明碘量法及光度法均可用于氨基胍重碳酸盐的测定,但碘量法测定所需时问比光度法短,并操作比较简便。碘量法的精密度优于光度法。用两方法对同一试样测定了9次,所得结果的相对标准偏差依次为2.8%和0.54%。

Abstract:A comparative study demonstrated that both the iodometry and photometry could be used for the determination of aminoguanidine bicarbonate.The iodometry was easy to operate and spent less analysis time and had a better precision, compared to the photometry. RSDs of the analytical results, which were separately obtained by the analysis of the same sample (n=9) using iodometry and photometry, were 2. 8% and 0. 54% respectively.
