| Abstract: | The importance of homogeneity of standard samples used especially in proficiency testing of analytical laboratory was recognized. The course of the preparation of standard sample for such purpose is described and discussed. Special emphasis is paid to the amount and mode of sampling in test for homogeneity and also to the miniumn amount of sample to be taken, and to methods of analysis. Statistical methods for assurance of homogeneity were introduced in detail. |
