摘    要:利用在碱性条件下Cu(Ⅱ)与烟碱(C10H14N2)生成浅蓝色沉淀,通过浮选光度法直接测定Cu(Ⅱ),进而间接测定烟草中的烟碱含量。此法准确度高,回收率为98%-100%,精密度好,RSD为0.12%-1.30%.

Abstract:It is reported that in a buffer solution of pH 9, nicotine is reacted with Cu(I) ion forming a light blue precipitate which can be concentrated by solvent floatation into CC14. The copper content in the CC14 solution is then determined photometrically with DDTC as color reagent, and nicotine is determined indirectly. Recoveries obtained are in the range of 98%100% and the RSDs' found are in the range of 0. 12~1.3%. The proposed method has been applied to the analysis of tobacco.
