气相色谱法测定水果和蔬菜中5种有机含磷农药的残留量

提出了用气相色谱-火焰光度检测器测定水果和蔬菜中甲基异柳磷、苯线磷、内吸磷、硫环磷和蝇毒磷等5种有机含磷农药残留量的方法。采用乙腈匀质提取样品中残留的有机含磷农药,提取液经石墨化炭黑粉末净化。用SPB-608毛细管色谱柱分离,气相色谱-火焰光度检测器法测定。方法的检出限(3S/N)在0.01～0.05mg·L-1之间。所测5种有机含磷农药的标准加入回收率在91.3%～110.0%之间,相对标准偏差(n=6)在1.5%～4.6%之间。

GC Determination of Residual Amounts of 5 Organophosphorus Pesticides in Fruits and Vegetables

The residual amounts of five organophosphorus pesticides,including isofenphos-methyl,fenamiphos,demeton,phosfolan and coumaphos,in fruits and vegetables were determined by gas chromatography with flame photometric detector(GC-FPD).The sample was extracted homogeneously with acetontrile,and the extract was purified with graphitized carbon black.SPB-608 capillary column was used for separation,and FPD was used for determination.Detection limits(3S/N) for the 5 organophosphorus pesticicdes found were in the range of 0.01-0.05 mg·L-1.Recovery and precision were tested and results of recovery obtained by standard addition method were in the range of 91.3%-110.0 %,and values of RSD′s(n=6) were in the range of 1.5%-4.6%.
